Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements, conducting regular internal audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and management.
